SC93F8333/8332/8331 (hereinafter referred to as SC93F833X) is an enhanced ultra fast 1T 32-bit bus 8051 core industrial grade integrated touch button function Flash microcontroller. The SC93F833X not only has 23 built-in high-sensitivity isolated capacitor touch circuits, but also integrates 8KB Flash ROM, 256B+1KB SRAM, 128B EEPROM, up to 26 GP I/O, 13 external interruptible IO, 3 16 bit timers, 12 high-precision ADC channels, 3 independent 8+2 bit PWM channels that can be switched to 6 output pins, internal 1percent high-precision high-frequency 12/6/2MHz oscillator and 4percent precision low-frequency 128K oscillator, external crystal oscillator, and has one independent UART, one UART/SPI/IC three choice one communication port SSI, and other communication interface resources. To improve reliability and simplify customer circuits, the SC93F833X also integrates high reliability circuits such as 4-level optional voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, and independent 2kHz low-power WDT internally.
